My 3 year old loves his yogurt. We’re big fans of the 4:00 p.m. yogurt snack or the bedtime snack of yogurt and a little fruit. He gets his calcium, he gets his sweet treat, and it helps him settle for bed.
This week, the Parent Bloggers Network sent me a couple samples of the new Yoplait kids yogurt. It’s got 25% less sugar than (the average of) the leading brands … which is good news for me, and it’s just as sweet as ever … which is good news for him. Plus? It’s got his favorite cartoon character on the package.
Diego.
We’re not ready to change yogurts completely (I prefer the yoplait custard-style; it’s creamy and thick, and it doesn’t slide off the spoon for little learners), but when we’re looking for a small take-along yogurt, this is an excellent choice.
Yoplait also sent me 2 lunch packs and 2 brain card games, essentially flashcards for toddlers. If you want them, and you know you’re local to me, shoot me an email — they’re yours. (Not local? Go here and print your own $1.50 coupon for yoplait kids.) But you can’t have the yogurt. We ate it all up.
